Argentina. The National Communications Agency, Enacom, opened the call for the call for FM licenses in the provinces of Mendoza and Tucumán.
The deadline for receipt of tenders will be between 11 and 21 February 2019. In the case of the Province of Mendoza, localities located within a radius of 30 km from the geographical coordinates South Latitude 32° 53 ́ West Latitude 68° 49 ́ are excluded; and in the case of the Province of Tucumán, the localities located within a radius of 15 km from the geographical coordinates South Latitude 26° 50 ́ West Latitude 65° 12 ́ are excepted.
This contest is aimed at natural persons, legal entities for profit constituted or in formation and non-profit legal persons regularly constituted, for the installation, operation and exploitation of audiovisual media services by frequency modulation.
Once the call period has ended, the agency will have 90 calendar days for the resolution of the respective public tender. The application for registration can be made through the electronic platform of Distance Procedures, TAD.
