Colombia. After the FONTV Call opened by the National Television Authority (ANTV) for the promotion and financing of the production of audiovisual content for television 2018, the DELIVERY of the ANTV Stimuli was made where the winners of said call were recognized.
In one of the halls of Hall 74 Events Center, the members of the National Television Board (JNTV) and the director of the ANTV, Ángela María Mora Soto, delivered the incentives to the winners, among whom are operators of the public service of non-profit television open (local) and closed (community), companies producing audiovisual content and new creators and ethnic groups with the technical and operational capacity for production of audiovisual content.
On this version of the ANTV 2018 Stimuli, the director Ángela Mora stressed that "on this occasion the ANTV delivers stimuli to 15 winners among which it allocated resources for more than $ 3,280,000 million and we are happy to have them here, the Recharged Public TV has no other purpose than to promote all the ideas and contents from the public that beyond being plural and democratized, they are entertainment. Every time the resources increase and the participants increase, the evaluation was difficult and it was always done by pressing on quality television, we hope that next year all the productions that won today will continue."
After the evaluation carried out on the 118 proposals received in the call, the ANTV awarded the projects formulated in the following categories:
* Closed category No. 1: new docudrama series aimed at operators of the non-profit television service.
* Closed category No. 2: new unitary docudrama products aimed at ethnic groups.
* Open category No. 3: new fiction series aimed at independent producers, operators of the non-profit television service and ethnic groups.
During the evaluation process, the following aspects were taken into account in category 1 and 2:
•Justification for the choice of theme and characters.
• Integration between the elements that make up the project.
•Narrative rhythm.
•Consistency between the proposal, the schedule and the budget.
•Self-representation of the community.
Category 3 took into account the following characteristics:
•Justification for the choice of theme and characters.
• Integration between the elements that make up the project.
•Narrative rhythm.
•Consistency between the proposal, the schedule and the budget.
•Experience of the production team.
