Argentina. Radio Clubs, Authorized Institutions and State Agencies that operate in the Amateur Radio Service can now register, process, modify and register online through the Hertz Radio Spectrum Management System.
For the first time, the National Communications Agency (Enacom) invited Radio Clubs from all over the country to witness the presentation of the Amateur Radio Organizational Unit, which was in charge of the National Directorate of ICT Authorizations and Registrations.
Through the Hertz system, the aforementioned Legal Entities will be able to manage license registrations and Special Distinctive Sign, renewal, rehabilitation or promotion of category, among others.
The dissemination of the Presentation is oriented, in particular, to all the Radio Clubs that for reasons of distance or operational capacity could not participate. We share for all interested parties the Instructions presented to facilitate the process of managing and loading data into the Hertz system.

The Hertz System was approved in October 2017 by RESOL-2017-3651-APN-ENACOM#MM, which enabled its publication and commissioning.
Important:
Everything explained in the Presentation and Instructions about the Registration of Legal and Technical Representatives in the Hertz System, will be null and void when said registration is implemented through Distance Procedures (TAD).
