For this, it is necessary that in Latin America there is a coherent regulatory framework that allows the correct development of the industry.
These were two of the main topics discussed by Jose Otero, Director of 5G Americas for Latin America and the Caribbean, during his presentation at the High-Level Meeting: "Digital Inclusion for Development in the Americas", organized by the Inter-American Telecommunications Commission (CITEL) of the OAS and the Ministry of Modernization of the Republic of Argentina, which took place on March 12 in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

He stressed that it is important that there are access devices at reasonable prices and that they are available throughout the territory, so that in this way all the inhabitants can take advantage of the coverage of the services.
