Transmedia and multiscreen stories, axes in La Tele de Todos

Colombia. The next training cycle of La Tele de Todos was carried out for filmmakers and producers of regional channels, in Bogotá, which was attended by more than 70 people.

The event led by the Content Coordination was divided into three thematic blocks: presentation of the regulatory framework that governs national television and the National Television Authority, multiscreen narratives and methods to effectively socialize a transmedia project on social networks.

First, the Content Coordination made a tour of the regulatory framework that governs the television service in Colombia, which addressed issues related to the regulation of advertising of alcoholic beverages and tobacco, the distribution of ANTV's competences, the inclusion of people with hearing disabilities and the current composition of the ICT sector at a global level.

On the other hand, a series of successful cases multiscreen narratives and transmedia applied in different media at a global level, and the user classes and their experiences at the level of interactivity were socialized. In addition, the essential characteristics that producers must take into account to undertake a hypermedial project in the media were highlighted.

The third thematic block focused on outlining the strategies that producers and filmmakers should use to disseminate their transmedia stories to the appropriate audience niches. In this module, Gabriel Levy, Content Coordinator of ANTV, reminded the audience of the success stories of multiscreen content made thanks to the calls of Promotion of Industry: Yakú and the heroes of Antigua, La Otra Orilla and Después de la Fiesta. Likewise, he explained in detail the methodology to be used in the construction of a multimedia strategy and provided tools to carry out an effective execution of socialization on the Internet.

Finally, the Representative of Civil Society to the JNTV, Suzy Sierra Ruiz, highlighted the efforts made by the ANTV to promote and motivate regional channels to make quality television with creativity thanks to the FONTV. Additionally, Sierra called on public channels to join forces with ANTV to obtain mixed financing to create quality independent productions and, in addition, encouraged those who work in public TV to take local content and export it to the international market.
