Latin America. Products for 4K, such as matrices and multiviewers, are the solutions that Kramer has on the market as a novelty for this year in the broadcast segment.
Aharon Yablon, Kramer's director for Latin America, told TVyVideo+Radio that the company will not have a booth at NAB this year, but he will personally be present at the fair to serve his broadcast customers at the Company's Vidiexco booth.
Among them, a 4K matrix with 8 ports stands out and each one can be input or output, which becomes one of the particularities of this equipment, because it can be configured in a number of inputs and outputs that the sum is equal to 8, for example three inputs and five outputs. The application of this matrix is in mobile or other simple units.
On the expectations of the Latin market for this year, Aharon Yablon stressed that "2016 was a good year in Latin America, we had growth in all the countries of the region that I manage. 2017 we are at the beginning of the year, we have large audiovisual projects with multiviewers, but, as always, business in Latin America is stronger during the second half due to budget issues".
