Colombia. In compliance with the proposed schedule, the National Television Authority closed the tender for the concession of television spaces of the national channel of public operation.
The process was presented 4 of the 10 previously registered in the RUO under the promise of future society Plural Comunicaciones SAS, integrated by: CM&, NTC, RTI and HMTV1.
Headed by the Minister of Information and Communications Technologies, David Luna Sánchez and the Director of the National Television Authority, Ángela María Mora Soto, the ANTV received from the National University, as a consulting entity and evaluator of the process, the envelope containing the value of the concession of television spaces of the national channel of public operation.
This envelope was kept from the moment of its receipt, signature and deposit in the urn, which will remain in a vault of Prosegur, a company of transport of securities, surveillance and private security contracted by the ANTV, in order to guarantee the security of the same, until the date on which the tender will be awarded.
During the event, the verification of the documents delivered by the bidders was carried out, which include the enabling requirements and their economic proposal, which will only be known until the moment of the award.
The evaluation committee will analyze the documents submitted.
