Colombia. The National Television Authority, ANTV, has available on its website a space in which all interested parties can consult, at no cost, documents related to the Legal Regime of the Public Television Service in Colombia.
Users will be able to use the functionalities of the LEGIS publications, the company that develops the tool, such as notes, sending to a friend, favorites, bibliographic aids, saving queries, among other options.
This new consultation space will not only allow the user to access all the compilation, regulations, jurisprudence and doctrine, applicable to the public television service, but will also allow searches by chronological index, organizes the information in a Constitutional module that contains Constitutional Norms, Laws and decrees and a regulatory module composed of agreements, resolutions and circulars issued by the National Television Commission between 1995 and 2012.
There will also be the resolutions and circulars issued by the National Television Authority from 2012 to today, and rules of other regulatory bodies in the sector such as the Ministry of ICT, the Communications Regulation Commission and the National Spectrum Agency.
Finally, you can also consult the Supplement module, which contains a table with the provisional suspensions. This last annex complements the information with jurisprudential extracts from the high courts, notes that help the understanding of legal texts, practical tables, concordances and links between the different parts of the work.
