Colombia. The National Television Authority, ANTV, informed all interested parties of the regulatory project "By which Resolution 759 of 2013 is partially modified, by which the procedure for assigning radio frequencies and providing the broadcast television service is adopted".
Until January 30, 2016, the project will be available on the website. Interested parties may send their observations, comments and concerns through email: [email protected] or physically to the facilities of the entity Calle 72 No. 12-77.
The ANTV evidenced the relevance of optimizing the administrative procedure of assigning frequencies of the radio spectrum, which makes it necessary to modify some parts of the resolution in comment and annexes 2, 3 and 4 of it.
