Colombia. The Communications Regulation Commission informs interested agents of Resolution 4841 of 2015, "By which the general conditions for the provision of infrastructure of broadcast open television networks are complemented and modified", published in Official Gazette No. 49,741 of December 30, 2015.
In the adopted provision, it is established that the operators of the broadcast free-to-air television service and other agents who have control over the infrastructures intended for the provision of that service, must structure and send to the Commission within a period of four months an Offer with the sharing prices applicable in each of the television stations it operates.
The measure also establishes the procedure for the formalization of access agreements to the aforementioned infrastructure, and defines conditions for the resolution of disputes that may arise in this matter.
