Mexico. The Plenary of the Federal Institute of Telecommunications, IFT, determined that Telmex and Cablevisión Red must pay, to Talktel and Unefon, respectively, a rate of $ 0.004179 pesos M.N. per minute of interconnection for the service of termination of the local service in fixed users for the period between September 2 and December 31, 2015.
The same rate must be applied reciprocally between the companies Cablevisión Red and NII Digital for the same period indicated.
In turn, the Plenary agreed that Cablevisión Red must pay the companies NII Digital, Grupo Iusacell and Unefon, a rate of $0.2505 pesos M.N. per minute of interconnection for the service of termination of the local service in mobile users, for the period between September 2 and December 31, 2015.
For the period of the first of January and the first of September 2015, the last rate that, between companies, have agreed in the immediately preceding period must be extended; this in accordance with the Twentieth Transitory Article of the LFTyR.
