Latin America. Vitec Videocom, the broadcast division of Vitec Group, is pleased to announce its partnership with Vidiexco, a Florida-based distributor dedicated exclusively to the Latin American and Caribbean markets. This new distribution agreement will allow Vitec Group's brands to be more accessible to broadcasters and production houses throughout the region.
Vidiexco offers its customers a variety of services from purchase to installation, as well as the implementation of current and new technological solutions. José Cadavieco Jr., Director of Vidiexco, commented on this recent partnership: "Our commitment to Vitec Videocom and its brands is an important factor in our growth in Latin America, where we now have a network of more than 300 distributors. Thanks to this, we are ready to provide all the necessary help regarding logistics, inventories and customer service, for Brazil and the new sales channels that will be implemented in the region."
Due to its connections with local networks in Brazil, Vidiexco's recent expansion will not only expand the company's activity in South America, but also improve the availability of Vitec Videocom brands for the Brazilian market.
"We are pleased to expand Vidiexco's territory in Latin America and Brazil. This is a strategic step to increase our coverage and efficiency in South America," said Eduardo Silva, Vitec Group's Sales Director for Latin America. "Vidiexco is a committed partner with Vitec Videocom and I am confident that this territorial expansion will be beneficial for Vitec, Vidiexco, and the sales channel in Brazil."
Vitec Videocom brands will be on display at SET Expo 2015 in São Paulo, Brazil, at booth #124, where several key products launched at NAB and Cine Gear will be on display, including Anton/Bauer's Digital Batteries Series, the ASTRA 1x1 Series E and EP Litepanels and the Caliber 3-Light Kit.
