Paraguay. Under the slogan "A new opportunity, other challenges", a new version of the Asunción Media Show will be held, which will focus its topics on telecommunications, Pay TV, open TV, regulation, piracy, content and broadcasting.
The first day will open with the panel on the growing OTT, called "OTT – Advances and development in the region", which will discuss what concerns these internet platforms.
Then, on both days, the panels "Internet as a tool for the growth of the State" will be developed; "Paid football in Latin America"; "The television market in Paraguay: myths and realities"; and other various technical conferences, among which the one that will deal with Fiber Optics stands out.
At 2:00 p.m. on the first day, the Opening and ribbon cutting will be held with national and international authorities, among which will be the Vice President of Paraguay, Juan Afara.
In addition, on the second day Certal and Tepal will offer a series of anti-piracy conferences within the framework of the "Union against Piracy".
The panels are called: "The responsibility of Internet search engines and the right to be forgotten"; "Media Content Regulation: Experiences in Latin America"; and "Piracy: What measures should we take to eradicate it?"
