Latin America. On june 2 and three, Broadcast Depot will hold its 2014 Workshop, with the participation of 20 manufacturers who will be explaining in detail, at the Intercontinental West hotel in Miami, the best of its technologies for radio and television, focused on the Latin market.
Antonio Calderón, representative of the company, explained that this year they expect about 150 people from Central and South America, as well as some locals from Miami. One of the novelties for this year are the special guests. There will be Ismael Cala, who will talk about the creation of content, and Iván Casas, a specialist in social networks who will address the issue of the integration of these with radio and television programming.

The first Broadcast Depot Workshop, ten years ago, was focused on radio technologies. Antonio Calderón says that at that time they invited 15 or 20 people from the region to the company's offices and five or six manufacturers participated.
He added that this effort is concentrated through Broadcast Edu, a dependency of the company through which all training events are held, "it is our contribution to educate the industry," he said.
