Colombia. On May 14, AV Tech will hold in Medellín the first Multinetwork seminar /workshop in Colombia aimed at Pay-TV, in which they will be able to know first-hand the necessary considerations to carry out the migration from analog to digital.
The first conference of the day will be given by José Rojano, manager of AVTech, with the theme Planning the transition to digital, which will address the principles of digital video and the required equipment. Sergio Renteria, Director of Latam Sales at Appear TV, will be talking about Digital Headers: Principles of Video Processing and Examples of Configuration for Gradual Digitization.
Then, with the conference Principles of conditional access to the DVB, there will be Silvestre Merino, Sales Director of Verimatrix. For his part, David Swen, vice president of TRT, will have a presentation on the considerations on Settop Box and EPG.
The day continues with Emanuel Bonanomi, Director of Business Development at Magnaquest, talking about billing and CRM for video, broadband and voice service providers. The academic and researcher Gabriel Levy, will present his paper Seven digital paradigms.
Last. Silvestre Merino, will talk about the monetization of content and increasing revenue, highlighting the importance of digitalization.
