Argentina. The company of production, distribution and commercialization of content for Pay-TV and other platforms, Pramer, was recognized for its volunteer work by the Ecumenical Social Forum with the Solidarity Entrepreneur Award 2012 (11th edition) in the category Companies – Volunteering.
This is an award that highlights local programs of companies and institutions that improve the living conditions of the community and stimulate the spirit of solidarity.
Pramer has been awarded for the work that its employees do as volunteers within its corporate social responsibility program: TV goes to school, which has been running for more than five years and is aimed mainly at children and their parents.
"We are happy with this recognition of our volunteer work. We are convinced that from the program La TV va a la escuela we help children to understand and create a space for critical debate in the family about what it means to watch television. It has been a very rewarding experience to receive this award for the effort we make from Pramer so that our children have a better future," said Marisa Piñeiro, COO of Pramer.
