Argentina. With the intention of creating a more inclusive television, with plurality of voices and federal sense, a new nucleus of audiovisual content production was established in the city of Concepción del Uruguay in the province of Entre Ríos.
The Costa del Uruguay Technological Audiovisual Node is the second node in Entre Rios and the fourth in the central east pole, which also includes the province of Santa Fe. The event was held at the headquarters of the Rectorate of the National University of Entre Ríos (UNER).
This new production hub was launched after the signing of a collaboration agreement by 26 organizations from the public and private sectors, including cable television companies, civil associations, Argentine government agencies, cooperatives and universities.
The event showed a summary of a pilot plan that, in the region, made possible the production of the first 10 hours of digital television. The plan includes work called "Etchings. Crónicas del litoral" and is composed of 20 programs of 26 minutes each carried out by the UNER, the National University of the Littoral (UNL) and the National University of Rosario (UNR).
