Congress Rental is an Argentine company that provides specialized services in projection, sound, conference systems, simultaneous interpretation, lighting, staging, voting system, registrations, streaming, closed circuit video, slides, vidiwall, among others, which is managed by Diego de Elías. This Argentine, systems analyst and general manager of the company, tells us about the challenges and achievements that his work experience has left him.
Diego affirms that in the company they have come a long way, full of sacrifices and hours without sleep, but that they have left enormous satisfactions and great successes. "When I look back, I feel the enormous satisfaction of being able to create a company that today is a leader in Argentina and that employs 140 people directly and many others indirectly."
Although Congress Rental already provides services locally and internationally in its beginnings it was a family business, where at that time the current General Manager, was in charge of the technical part and operating the equipment.
Currently, the work of Diego, his brothers and collaborators is not limited to a few hours a day, sometimes they must stay whole nights doing the installation of an event so that it can be ready first thing in the morning: "the client hires us so that we look at all the details and so that we give it the highest quality. It doesn't matter how many hours we work to reach the goal."
