Colombia. 2016 began with new faces in the management of regional channels, five of the eight people who make up the group were renewed. Below is a synopsis of each other's trajectories:
Mabel López Segura (Teleantioquia)
She is a journalist from the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana, a lawyer and a specialist in administrative law from the Universidad Autónoma Latinoamericana. She has served as Head of Communications of the Foundation of Public Companies of Medellín, co-founder, editor-in-chief, journalist and presenter of Cable Noticias, editor-in-chief of the Cosmovisión Channel, communications advisor of the Council of Medellín and Co-director of Sinergia Informativa of Todelar and the Virtual Press Agency.
Cesar Augusto Galvis (Telepacific)
He is a social communicator from the Autonomous University of the West, specialist in Strategic Marketing and master in Business Management and Management. He has been audiovisual producer of Señal Colombia and general producer of Canal TR3CE.
Dario Montenegro (Capital Channel)
He is a business administrator. He was manager of the NTC newscast, general manager of Prego Televisión, general producer of the News Center of Channel A, producer of the program Séptimo Día, manager of TV Andina and founder of Channel 13. In 2004 he was commissioner of Television for the regional channels, which led him to be deputy manager in charge of Señal Colombia.
Ludy Paéz Ortega (TRO Channel)
She is a lawyer, she was a deputy of the Assembly of Norte de Santander, departmental secretary of education of Norte de Santander.
Gloria Beatriz Giraldo (Telecafé)
Lawyer, specialist in senior management and an experience of almost thirty years in public service. He was twice manager of the Risaralda Lottery, regional manager of the Seine and president of Etesa, a company in charge of collecting resources for public health at the national level.
The ancients
Juan Manuel Buelvas, manager of Telecaribe, who has been in office since July 2013.
Emiliana Bernart of Teleislas, who has been in office since 2014.
Lennart Rodriguez, manager of Canal Trece, who has been in the position since 2011.
