Interface for phonesThe manufacturer of wireless microphone and audioprocessor systems, announces the new addition of the LecNet2 series: version 2.0 for DMTH 4 hybrid telephone interfaces. Incorporating a number of improved algorithms in the acoustic DMTH4 and echo cancellers, the new enhancement promises greater functionality in many key areas including dynamic convergence, and regardless of the system, accuracy will be improved to achieve an echo cancellation that prevents divergence thanks to the "boa constrictor" algorithm.
The algorithm uses a direct measure of the residual echo content on the other side of the signal, based on reception and signals sent as opposed to what is normally used which are the near and far levels.
