DGy JPEG2000 codecs now offer greater recording editing capabilities on Windows and Mac PCs. This is made possible by the combination of standalone commercial applications: ZyGoMJ2Bundle, from ZyGoDigital, and QuickTime PRO (in Windows and Mac versions), from Apple Computer. The first application works in combination with QuickTime PRO, allowing the renaming, access and playback of DGy recordings in JPEG2000 MJ2 file format, with new support for stereo audio. QuickTime PRO offers basic editing and ability to convert recordings to jpeg2000 format in the MOV file format. This allows you to edit and concatenate files with full audio. QuickTime PRO's editing feature allows you to extract multiple DGy recording segments or combine multiple entire clips and rearrange them into a new combined clip in MOV format, without losing the fidelity, image quality or frame rate of DGy recording.
