IDX System Technology announced a durable battery that meets aeronautical standards. The line elite batteries for ENG/EFP video production for Standard definition and high definition made its debut at NAB.
The Elite line, the 142 Wh high-capacity lithium-ion battery system for V-mount, it is characterized by its new cartridge of IDX power. The unique design of the new double cartridge power, effectively doubles continuous recording capacity ensuring operation for up to 5.4 hours (at 26 W). When the batteries are consumed, new power cartridges can be inserted into the original compartment.
