The Ringlite Mini, by Litepanels, is a smaller version of the original Ringlite. Available in models of 5600 °K and 3200 °K, it measures only 26.7 cm in diameter, 5 cm thick and weighs only 1.6 kg. This lightweight professional lighting tool, very low profile, offers bright, soft lighting, in an economical package and versatile.
Ringlite Mini employs a powerful configuration of LEDs placed on a concentric grid Tight. The lighting is divided vertically into three user-selectable output channels, each controlled by an independent adjustable circuit. In the part Rear, four easy-to-access switches regulate the power and control the upper, lower and central. Like all innovative lighting systems Litepanels, Ringlite Mini is characterized by its ergonomic knob Integrated control for instant darkening 100-0% no color degradation. The Ringlite Mini is designed to mount on the lens and has interface with camcorders dv in three ways. The first of them by means of a camera adaptation clamp. The head of the LEDs are attached to the mounting plate by a screw 5/8 standard filleting. The unit can also be mounted directly on the camera lenses. This method includes a two-stage filter box for glass filters 3x3, 4x4, 4x5.65 and 4x6. When used with a camera and Larger lens systems, filter box slides into the standard lens support shoe instead of the lenses.
This light source ultra-efficient LEDs consume as little as 3.5 amps (40W @12VDC). Power is supplied by an adapter external 110-220 VAC. Equipped with a connector cable XLR power, the system can operate with a variety of sources 9-30 VDC power supply, such as a car battery or a camera battery.
