Having shown the Slate 100 at NAB, Broadcast Pix introduced the Slate 1000 on InfoComm, with prices as low as $9,995 in the United States. These switchers not only have excellent quality but include a character generator, clip storage, still images, animations, logo generators and accept both SDI and analog I/O. The two new products also feature full preview monitoring of programs and all cameras, so that it is not unnecessary to add video monitors, unless the user wants it.

Customers can purchase the Slate 100 for $9,995, and upgrade it to the Slate 1000 later, for $18,795.
