The Spanish manufacturer of video monitors and intercom Kroma opened its first subsidiary for the Americas, in Mexico.
This is Kroma America and will be responsible for supporting its customers and sellers. "Because of the huge customer base that we currently have on this side of the Atlantic, already we are working a hundred. It was something we owed them for the trust they have given us from the beginning," he said. Juan Cortés, manager of Kroma America.
The subsidiary was presented at the last IBC2008 of September in the usual breakfast of distributors. At this event, Kroma exhibited its double range of video monitors (for SD in 4:3 and for HD in 16:9), with which this Spanish manufacturer gets duplicate your equipment catalog, thus adapting to the not only technical but also budgetary needs of engineers.
At present, the company has business in the region with Televisa, to whom it supplied 50 units of its LCD monitor 15"; also participates in the expansion of TV Anhanguera (from the TV Globo group in Brazil) with more than 50 monitors and a complete intercom system; and with Fox Argentina negotiates the first FD monitors of that company.
