Businessman Humberto Rincón Zambrano, media pioneer of audiovisual communication in the state of Táchira, Venezuela, died on March 3.
During his professional life he was a founding member and executive director of the Televisora Regional del Táchira, where, in her work of 20 years at the helm she consolidated it as the first regional channel in Venezuela.
He was also founder and director of Regional Television of Venezuela Canal Satelital, president of Andicable (company Intercable, internet and telephony operator in San Cristóbal, Táchira), representative of international companies in the area of computing and telecommunications, second vice president of the Chamber of Commerce of the State of Táchira, and director of the San Cristobal Chamber of Commerce.
