Digital Broadcast Inc. launched at NAB 2009 its new business division for Latin America and the Caribbean, after almost ten years in the United States market supplying solutions for master control automation, servers, archiving solutions in LTO4, Blu-ray, automation of news rooms, regionalization and centralization of TV stations.
John Davis, president of the company, was satisfied with the results obtained at the last fair in Las Vegas, where several customers and potential distributors in the Latin American market expressed interest in the solutions of Digital Broadcast inc.
The new division will be led by Juanchy Mejía, sales manager for Latin America and the Caribbean, who joins the team after several years of experience in media such as Univision Network in the U.S. UU, Teleonce and Super Seven in Puerto Rico, TV stations and production companies in the Dominican Republic. "It's an excellent opportunity for me to develop a market, share and do business with people. so prosperous and dedicated to the media," Mejia said. The strategy is focused on having its solutions distributed throughout the region. "Our company offers robust and reliable solutions at competitive prices, which will position us in the Latin American market with great stability," he concluded.
