Ross Video, from Canada, and Brasvideo from Brazil announced at NAB that Empresa Brasil de Comunicação (EBC) invested in five Ross Vision 3 QMD-X production switchers, to distribute government, educational, university and community programming. The equipment will be installed in Brasilia, Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo.
EBC is a federally owned public network dedicated to the expression of Brazil's social and cultural diversity.
"Vision meets all the demands of EBC," said Wagner Mancz, Brasvideo's sales director. "We are pleased with our long relationship with Ross."
