Canon RF45mm F1.2 STM Lens
The RF45mm F1.2 STM is a standard 45mm prime lens designed for natural perspectives close to human vision, with a wider angle than traditional 50mm options. Its lightweight (approx. 346 g) and compact design makes it easy to handle for portraits, snapshots, landscapes and more; equivalent to approx. 72mm on APS-C cameras such as the EOS R7 or R50.
Key features include:
Wide f/1.2 aperture thanks to innovative PMo aspherical lenses and STM magnetically sensed gear system, reducing size and weight compared to larger f/1.2 lenses.
A rich, three-dimensional bokeh with nine diaphragm blades for smooth circular blur; The Digital Lens Optimizer corrects distortions for exceptional reproduction.
The fixed focus system on the rear minimizes variations in image quality with distance; the aperture range (f/1.2 to f/16) allows for flexible depth control, faster shutter speeds, and low ISO shooting.
Increased compactness thanks to its fixed-length body and minimum focusing distance, offering value and reliability for a variety of applications.
