Latin America. 11 television channels from Latin America joined forces to create AlaTV, an alliance that seeks to generate a competitive and robust audiovisual ecosystem with the aim of promoting quality content, as well as promoting the sector in the region and the world.
The members of this alliance are television channels, platforms and producers from Latin America, the Hispanic market in the U.S. and Spain to promote high-quality content and bring the region's cultural identity to the world.
They are: Telefe (Argentina), América TV (Peru), TV Azteca (Mexico), RCN (Colombia), Ecuavisa (Ecuador), Unitel (Bolivia), Chilevisión (Chile), Canal 10 (Uruguay), Telefuturo (Paraguay), TVN (Panama), SKY (Brazil), DirecTV and Non Stop Studios.
Among them, they seek to collaborate in four specific areas:
- Shared technical facilities: Joint use of sets, equipment and studios in countries with availability and better production conditions.
- Technological innovation: Implementation of AI, VFX and virtual production for cutting-edge content.
- New business opportunities: Promote the creation of new projects through strategic alliances with funds, brands, platforms and channels, generating value and growth for all parties.
- Market intelligence: Analysis of digital trends and generation of conversations for engagement and commercial conversion.
ALATV will be in charge of an Executive Committee made up of representatives of all the founding members.
