Colombia. Obsbot is an Asian brand with an international presence, recognized for developing innovative audiovisual solutions that combine high-level hardware with artificial intelligence. Its products, which are now available in Colombia through Vision Broadcast, focus on smart cameras for content production, video conferencing and professional applications.

TVyVideo+Radio spoke with Andrés Tellez, project manager of the Colombian company, who explained that "The great advantage of Obsbot is that they not only offer image and sound quality, but also tools that simplify the work of creators, educators, communicators and companies."

He added that Obsbot cameras stand out for their compact design, professional quality, and features that were previously only available on larger-scale equipment. Among its main features are 4K recording, automatic subject tracking, gesture control and high-precision optics. In addition, they offer great versatility: they are useful for both broadcast production and streaming, virtual education, corporate video conferences or even independent content creators.

"Artificial intelligence is one of Obsbot's strongest differentials. Thanks to it, cameras can recognize faces, follow the presenter automatically without the need for a cameraman, and respond to simple gestures for functions such as zooming in, zooming out, or focusing. This means that even in small productions, a dynamic and professional quality is achieved, reducing operating costs and facilitating autonomy in recording or transmission," said the representative of Vision Broadcast.

Today, Obsbot's solutions are already being used in different media projects in Colombia. Among others, stations such as Caracol Radio, Emisora Mariana 1400 AM, Uptc Radio 104.1, La Más Bakana and the MIX station of Cali 101.5 FM.

In addition, they have worked with educational institutions looking to improve their hybrid classes and with companies that require more effective video conferencing solutions.

Finally, on the behavior of the market in Colombia so far this year, Andrés Tellez pointed out that "The Colombian market has shown signs of reactivation and, above all, transformation. Media, education, and entertainment companies are prioritizing the adoption of more flexible and scalable technology solutions. We've seen increased demand for equipment that integrates AI, automation, and connectivity for streaming. Overall, the sector is responding to the challenge of producing more content, on more platforms, but with more efficient cost structures. That's where Vision Broadcast and brands like Obsbot become strategic allies."

To respond to these market challenges, Vision Broadcast opened a Show Room in Bogotá, where customers and partners can experiment with these solutions, understand their value and see how they adapt to their projects.
