Latin America. Netflix unveiled the new Netflix TV experience, with a simpler, more intuitive and user-friendly design, which will help its users easily find something to watch.
"Netflix's new TV experience remains the same as what our members know and love, but improved," said Eunice Kim, Chief Product Officer.
He also highlighted the technological innovations Netflix has implemented over the years, from Open Connect, the industry-leading content delivery network, to personalized recommendations.
In the coming weeks and months, users around the world will be able to enjoy the new TV homepage. Kim explained, "When we started thinking about this project, we wanted to create a more flexible experience for our broad entertainment offerings, we wanted to make it more intuitive and responsive to the needs of our members, and able to highlight Netflix's most exciting moments."
Here are some of the new features:
● The next story with ease: All the information you need to make the best decision about what to watch is in the foreground, with tags like "Emmy Award winner" or "No. 1 TV series."
● More visible shortcuts: Until now, shortcuts for the "Search" and "My List" functions were somewhat hidden on the left side of the screen. They are now moving to the top of the page, where they are more visible and easier to access.
● Better real-time recommendations: They are making the recommendations on the homepage more responsive to current interests.
● Improved Design: The new homepage has a clean and modern design.
