Colombia. From September 2, with the Pre-Congress, and from September 3 to 5, Cartagena will be the meeting point for global leaders, companies and experts who will analyze the most disruptive and innovative ICT trends, unlocking opportunities and setting the agenda for the digital economy in the Region, within the framework of Andicom 2025.
The meeting, which is organized by the Center for Research and Development of Information and Communication Technologies (CINTEL), reaches its 40th version, reaffirming its role as the key scenario to promote Digital Transformation. Under the theme "Unlocfiing a Digital Future",
In its 40 versions, the Congress has set the agenda for technology and innovation in Colombia and Latin America, witnessing the technological and regulatory advances that have redefined business development and facilitated the exchange of strategic solutions with global impact.
Through this Congress, CINTEL has consolidated a high-level space that connects supply, demand and regulatory entities of the public, private and academic sectors around ICTs. As an entity with more than three decades of experience, CINTEL leads applied research projects in digital technologies and has been a key player in promoting digital transformation in all areas of the sectoral ecosystem in Colombia.

An impact scenario for the digital future
ANDICOM 2025 will explore how technology is redefining business models and competitiveness in the Region, with an academic agenda structured in four axes:
• Tuesday, September 2 (Pre-Congress) – TECH trends applied to business
• Wednesday, September 3 – Digital transformation and evolution
• Thursday 4 September – Connectivity and the future of ICT
• Friday, September 5 – Digital economy: challenges and innovations
The 40th version of the Congress will highlight advances in artificial intelligence, data, cybersecurity, 5G connectivity, sustainability and digital inclusion, among other key topics. In addition, it will have a commercial exhibition featuring the participation of the largest global technology companies and leaders in the sector, who will share strategies and success stories that are shaping ICT.
