TVU and Vivaro strengthen their alliance on remote production

TVU y Vivaro fortalecen su alianza sobre producción remota

Chile. TVU Networks announced the expansion of its strategic alliance with Vivaro Video, one of the leading providers of streaming and video services in Latin America.

As part of this consolidated collaboration, Vivaro Video will establish an innovative remote production hub in Santiago, Chile, powered by TVU's cloud technology, designed to scale remote and cloud workflows for events of all sizes.

The Santiago hub will leverage TVU's entire cloud ecosystem, integrating advanced live video acquisition, automated production flows, AI-powered metadata management, and streamlined content distribution. This approach will enable Vivaro Video to increase its operational efficiency, reduce production costs and scale its operations dynamically according to customer demand.

"Our partnership with Vivaro Video goes beyond a commercial collaboration; we share a vision of joint transformation in live production," said Rafael Castillo, general manager and vice president for EMEA and Latin America at TVU Networks. "We have already seen the impact of this joint work, from the acclaimed coverage of the 2025 Viña del Mar Festival to our remote sports productions throughout the region. These innovations were recognized with the PRODU Technology Grand Prize and the Remote Production Award for our ATP Challenger Tour production in Concepción, Chile."

The new hub aims to cater to large TV networks, emerging content creators, sports leagues and event organizers. This model has already proven its effectiveness in productions such as the ATP Challenger Tour in Concepción and the remote coverage of tennis tournaments in nine countries.

Vivaro Video's expertise in managing remote productions across multiple locations – supported by TVU's cloud-based remote production technology – has set a new standard for efficiency and quality in live content delivery.

"The alliance with TVU Networks allows Vivaro Video to significantly strengthen our portfolio of services, offering efficient, reliable and highly adaptable media solutions," said Rodrigo Peralta, CEO of Vivaro Video. "By combining TVU's cutting-edge technology with our deep regional expertise, we are redefining the way content is created and distributed – providing our customers with top-notch services and an even greater competitive advantage."

TVU and Vivaro plan to demonstrate their capabilities through live broadcasts and joint initiatives throughout 2025. This collaboration lays the foundation for continuous innovation, expanding access to professional production tools throughout Latin America.
