Exte strengthens its structure in Mexico and Colombia

Exte refuerza su estructura en México y Colombia

Latin America. Exte continues to strengthen its presence in Latin America with changes in its regional structure. Úrsula Rodríguez, current Managing Director for the Andean Region, is now also taking over the Mexico operation, thus consolidating her leadership in key markets for the company.

With this restructuring, Úrsula Rodríguez will continue to report directly to Alberto Grande, Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) for the Americas, and will add to her current responsibilities in Peru, Ecuador and Colombia, the leadership of the commercial development of the operation in Mexico.

The company also announced that Gabriela Santos is joining as Country Manager for Colombia, reporting to Rodríguez.

"We welcome Gabriela, an outstanding professional with extensive experience in the sector, who will be the main point of contact for Colombian clients. And we celebrate the new responsibilities of Úrsula, which has been doing an outstanding job in the Andean Region and now adds Mexico, a key market for the development of EXIT's commercial objectives in Latin America," said Alberto Grande.

In this context, Úrsula Rodríguez commented: "I am excited to be able to take on new responsibilities this year in which I celebrate five years at EXTE. My goal, as Regional Managing Director, is to help the excellent EXTE Mexico team to be a reference, as we have already done in the Andean Region."

For her part, Gabriela Santos, new Country Manager in Colombia, brings a solid background in advertising and digital marketing, with experience in companies such as ADman Media (Ilumin) and Teads. "I look forward to contributing to EXTE's growth with a deeper connection with our customers, harnessing the full potential of our technology and creativity to accurately reach moments of consumption," said Santos.

And he added: "With the incorporation of new native formats in environments such as smart TVs – a key commitment in the digital ecosystem – we seek to generate a cross-media impact aligned with the current behavior of users. I am motivated to strengthen relationships with our allies and consolidate the team as a benchmark of excellence and strategic vision in Colombia. In such a dynamic digital environment, we must always be open to change, new technologies and to invite our advertisers to test and innovate. EXTE is committed to leading that evolution."
