Colombia. The regional channel Teleantioquia and the Ministry of Information and Communications Technologies of Colombia, announced the start of production of the series of the character Cosiaca.
At the event, ICT Minister Mauricio Lizcano highlighted the investment in the country's public television and the boost they are giving to community media.
He also announced a significant investment of almost US 50 million to finance fiber optic and satellite connectivity for rural areas of the department of Antioquia.
