International. Grass Valley completed the first phase of the transformation process, which included modifications to the product lines and optimization of operations, a process contemplated in the company's strategic plan, which will now focus on customer service.
Alain Andreoli, President and CEO of Grass Valley, who explained that for its second phase "we created more strength in our regions and now it will have three regional presidents who report directly to me, as well as a new creation of The Chief Marketing Officer role, bringing an even stronger voice from the customer to the executive team. We understand that customers in each region have unique needs and we want to have a strong presence."
One of the three presidents appointed is Mike Oldham, who will be in charge of defining and leading the strategy for the entire American continent, including Latin America. The new manager has extensive experience in the industry, comes from FrontPoint Advisors, in which he served as CEO.
The other regional presidents selected are Alan Wright and Andrew Sedek, who were promoted presidents of the Emea and Asia Pacific region respectively, and Sharp Graham, senior vice president of Corporate Development assumes the additional role of chief marketing officer.

We continue to execute on our strategic vision and this reorganization is a part of the next phase of the company's evolution," concluded Alain Andreoli.
