Colombia. Colombian governors already have their representation in the National Television Authority (ANTV); this is Alexandra Falla, former deputy manager of communications and customer service of the Transmilemio transport system.
Alexandra Falla, a communicator with a master's degree in political science, was selected through the process carried out by the University of La Sabana and had the support of the Government of Risaralda.
There are many challenges that await this Huilense in the ANTV, an entity that replaced the National Television Commission, among them is the strengthening of public television, the award of the third private television channel and the expansion of television coverage, among others.
On the other hand, the lawyer Tatiana Rubio was appointed as the new administrative director of the ANTV.
Thus, the ANTV board is currently made up of the ICT Minister, Diego Molano Vega; Jaime Andrés Estrada, as government representative; and Alfredo Sabbagh, as a representative of the universities. A final member, who is the representative of civil society, is failing.
