Grau Luminotecnia, very close to the formation

For Grau Luminotecnia, audiovisual training is one of the areas to which it pays special attention. Recently, they have carried out several installations in training centers assembling various sets in the most varied enclosures, from old monasteries to garages.

To put some of these facilities, we will highlight the one carried out in the IES Vallparadís (Terrassa) where Grau has embarked on a small extension of the installation that they had already made the previous year with a set of 12m² simple for two presenters. A paper background with its supports with four fluorescent screens of 4x55W for fillings and backgrounds and two fresnel projectors of 650W for the cons and several points of light hung from the grill by 6 pantographs to adjust the height at the convenience of the client, complete this installation.

At the Escola Superior d'Art La Llotja (Barcelona), Grau has carried out a project in two phases. The work commissioned by the Consorci d'Educació de Barcelona has consisted of the installation of a perimeter cyclorama with central detour and a black dark fabric 3.45 meters high by 11 meters long. The complexity of the set of about 100m² was given by the vaulted shape of the ceiling of the space, which had previously been the hangar of a factory which forced to sharpen the ingenuity of the technicians of Grau Luminotecnia with the anchors.

The central detour and the dark fabric in La Llotja were used to divide the set in two and perform two different activities at the same time. Likewise, a sliding grill was mounted for the hanging of the lighting with telescopic bars. The lighting unit consisted of 12 fluorescent screens controlled by a 24-channel 2.4kW dimmer and a 12/48-channel console. In addition, this training center has acquired a Dedolight KA24M kit composed of 4 100 series projectors and their multiple accessories.
