Colombia. 75 homes of the Hatogrande Reservado condominium in the capital of the country, Bogotá, will have audio/video, home automation, security and communications systems.This installation is in charge of the technology integrator company, Smart Business, which will achieve that the solutions are strategically united with the architecture of each house in its 360 m2 built.
The result of this integration can be seen in the model house, which has a multiroom audio system of 10 independent zones that has as sources a dual radio tuner, dedicated audio server with three independent outputs which synchronizes with the music that the user has on his computer (Windows Media Player), there is also the wireless Docking station for Ipod. The sound is distributed through speakers located and hidden in the ceiling.
Lighting control is achieved through Lutron's HomeWorks, which allows you to manage more than 66 circuits, as well as the programming of lighting scenes. The keyboards of the Lutron See Touch are associated with those of the audio multiroom to give a better aesthetics of the house.
All these solutions are integrated with the AMX control system with five touch screens, allowing all the possibilities of control and intercommunication with the video intercom of the AMX MET-ECOM-SS brand, so that any touch screen can be converted into a video intercom monitor (visualization and bidirectional communication with the exterior door).
