The Canadian company im3 Networks, offers the MAC system. It is a device that offers up to 32 analog inputs, 64 digital inputs and 16 audio inputs for monitoring. You can activate up to 64 retransmitters manually or automatically. It also provides a maximum of 16 RS-232 ports for easy communication with other equipment at the transmission site and can be controlled locally with the help of a personal computer since it is possible to access the system through a modem, telephone (using DTMF tones) or via a serial port.
It comes from the factory with the following resources:

It has two-level alarm reporting options, any of them operates in the form of telephone (voice), modem (data), fax, locator (voice, digital or alphanumeric) or storing a report. In addition to this, a backup copy of the database is automatically generated by MacNet.
Its interface presents a map of the region that can be adapted according to the network. All menus can be activated by means of a mouse. Each place is identified with a name and an ID code and is positioned under latitude and longitude coordinates. These sites can be organized by region or by priority levels to ensure that the operator can easily see and identify areas or places that present problems.
