From Imagine to P2
Imagine Products showed during NAB an application called HD Log P2 Viewer for the Macintosh platform, in order to keep track of shots in the native MFX format of the P2 cards used by the Panasonic AG-HVX200 camera. HD Log records the video in its original format without the need to convert it to a QuickTime file. In this way, the user can manipulate the clip directly on the P2 card and speed up the transfer for editing or storage of the selected clips.

With HD Log, you can end the recording session with the clips you want archived and recorded with notes, ready to air direct to edit with Final Cut Pro, Avid, Adobe or another system," said Dan Montgomery, president of Imagine Products. You can also download the video to QuickTime for use in another application like Adobe AfterEffects.".HD Log offers other advantages such as:
