Brazil. InterTV, an affiliate of Brazilian giant Globo, used wTVision to set up the PCR automation workflow that makes it easy to produce live newscasts.
At the heart of this easy-to-manage automation is Studio CG, wTVision's powerful solution for managing and controlling on-air graphics and videos from a single interface. Studio CG controls the R³ Space Engine (real-time 3D rendering engine) to generate TELEVISION graphics, creating a complete PCR workflow based on wTVision software.
Another important feature of this project is the integration of Studio CG with the ANEWS writing system (NRCS). The effective combination of the two systems allows journalists, producers and operators to search content and graphics, select graphic models, fill in data and view results in real time.
wTVision and InterTV will continue to expand their automation processes in the coming months to reduce human error, save time and resources in the production of each live show, and improve the audience experience.
