Argentina. Jornadas Internacionales annually brings together the main ICT, video and connectivity companies from all over the region. Its organizers confirmed the return to face-to-face attendance on November 9 and 10, at the Hilton Buenos Aires.
Walter Burzaco and Sergio Veiga, presidents of the ATVC and CAPPSA respectively, organizing chambers of International Days 2022, provided some details about the particularities that this year's meeting will present.
"The industry was eager to meet again face to face. During these three years in which we could not experience the personal exchange in Jornadas, there was an important technological evolution that our associates have not been able to feel or clarify doubts about it, "said Burzaco. For his part, Veiga highlighted: "I have had the opportunity to talk with different executives of the regional industry and all have confirmed their presence with great expectation. We are going to live an incredible event, with new launches and trends."
The face-to-face meeting has always been a distinctive mark of International Conferences. In this regard, Burzaco stressed the importance of the return of networking, "among protagonists of an industry that for years has been on the crest of the wave in terms of the services demanded by the consumer." Likewise, Veiga considered that virtual editions were very important to maintain continuity as the most relevant forum in the industry, and that returning to a physical place will allow, for example, "to recover a space of commercial exchange that in virtuality can lose specific weight".
Both managers also presented an overview of the issues and problems that were taken into account when setting up the event. Among the main ones, the following stand out: connectivity, entertainment, new trends, programming, digital consumption, application of knowledge and modernization of regulations.
