Brazil. New technologies are fantastic tools for all media environments. Both conventional television and new platforms can benefit from these tools, expand their business models and reach a wide range of consumers eager for new content.
And to learn about these technologies, their opportunities and their impact, SET Expo, the largest entertainment and media business event in Latin America, celebrates another edition of its Congress and Fair between August 26 and 29 at the Convention Center and the Red Pavilion of Expo Center Norte, in São Paulo.
SET Expo will bring together students, industry experts, entrepreneurs, business leaders, professionals, representatives of government agencies and start-ups from around the world. The Congress offers more than 56 panels and 200 conferences that address already recurrent market themes, such as production; distribution; technology; transmission of new media and services, and innovations such as new business opportunities that may arise with 5G technology, the evolution of media consumption screens and new protocols and tools (IP, blockchain, etc.).
"Content distribution across broadband and mobile devices is a global trend and conventional platforms are moving towards connecting to these tools. These integration initiatives between traditional and new technologies are adaptations that have already occurred in the past and should be Repeat," said Carlos Fini, President of SET. The importance of Brazil in the international context in this sector is confirmed by the fact that the main players in the world confirm their active participation in the event," adds the executive.
