Colombia. Before the President of the Republic, Iván Duque, Sylvia Constaín took office as Minister of Information and Communications Technologies of Colombia. As Minister, she also joins the National Television Board of the ANTV.
The official is an Economist and Master in Administration from the Universidad de los Andes. In addition, he is a Fellow in International Relations at Harvard University. She is an executive with more than 20 years of international experience in strategy design and execution; government relations; public policies; international negotiations, management and development.
In his professional career, he has been Head of Public Policy for the Southern Cone of the Facebook company and Manager of Government Relations of the Apple company for Spanish-speaking South America.
At the Embassy of Colombia in Washington she was Minister Plenipotentiary and Head of Relations with the United States Congress. She also served as Deputy Director of the Colombian Trade Office in Washington, and as Director of Foreign Investment and Services of the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism.
She has also been a consultant to companies, governments, financial institutions and development agencies.
