The new television stations that will start operations in Mexico after the release of concessions by the Federal Institute of Telecommunications (IFT) in Mexico, will require innovative technology that makes them competitive. WorldCast will focus on this in the country, said Christophe Poulain, VP of Sales at WorldCast Systems.
"The idea is to provide telemetry equipment to monitor the equipment in the plant. On the offer it has for the Latin American market, he mentioned: "We have three brands: APT in audio over IP, with audio in the TV market and radio transmitters; the ONDemand brand, which makes monitoring and telemetry equipment in the TV market; and we have a new company called WorldCast Connect, also in France, dedicated to the development of software that allows you to see the infrastructure of television and radio plants and studios; in addition to WorldCast Manager.
And he said: "Today there is infrastructure in many countries to give IP utility to the public internet that is not expensive and allows to send audio from point A to point B with professional quality, which we can provide."
