Mexico. ARRI has installed a Certified Lighting Technical Service Center in Mexico City with AMTEC, in an ongoing effort to better support the Mexican film and television industry.
ARRI is pleased to announce an official technical service partnership with AM Technology (AMTEC). AMTEC will provide certified maintenance and repair of ARRI luminaires without the need to ship equipment out of the country.
As one of the most active markets for ARRI in Latin America, sales in Mexico continue to grow, which demands a solution in terms of technical services. Until now, one of the biggest obstacles for customers has obviously been the need to ship bulky equipment out of the country for repair. Now, for the first time, all ARRI luminaires can be serviced and serviced in-country and with a manufacturer's warranty. Devices covered by it include ARRI HMI headers and ballasts such as the M-Series, tungsten fixtures such as the True Blue series, and the entire LED product line: SkyPanel, L-Series, and Orbiter.
The company is adding certified lighting service capabilities to its growing product sales in Mexico. Wilson Zeferino, ARRI's Vice President of Sales, said, "With this new option, customers in Mexico can feel even more comfortable knowing that authorized ARRI service is just a phone call away."
Mario Jannini, ARRI's Director of Technical Services for the Latin America region, added: "I am very happy to have AMTEC working with us as an official technical service center. AMTEC's excellent engineers will continue to work closely with ARRI's technical service staff. Customers will no longer have to go through the cumbersome process of importing and exporting when servicing their equipment.
