Colombia. Until September 2, the call for the TecnoTelevisión University Contest is open, which seeks to recognize the work of future professionals in the Colombian broadcast industry.
The TecnoTelevisión University Contest invites students from careers related to audiovisual production in Colombia, to send their works that tell a story, in a maximum of 10 minutes, with free gender and format.
Contest Parameters
- The call is for students of higher education institutions in the Colombian territory.
- The proposal that is submitted must not be older than one year with respect to the moment in which the Contest is proposed and must not have been awarded in another contest.
- Each participant or group may compete with only one audiovisual product.
- The student who applies for the audiovisual work certifies that he or she is the author or the person authorized to represent the group that makes the audiovisual piece.
- The finalist works may be broadcast by open television or other means, with the due authorization of the filmmakers for non-profit dissemination purposes.
A jury will choose the five finalist works and the winner will be chosen by virtual voting between October 5 and 20. The winner will be announced on October 20 within the framework of TecnoTelevisión in Bogotá.
