The new HERU audiocoders offer bidirectional point-to-point IP communications (Unicast) at an affordable price, with the possibility of connection both through analog audio and through AES/EBU digital audio.
This device was developed by the need to establish IP links between different locations (headquarters of studios, allied stations and / or links between studios-transmitters) and make remote transmissions from the homes of correspondents, journalists and announcers in times of pandemic.
The HERU IP audio codec has balanced analog inputs/ outputs, digital (AES / EBU) and USB, is designed to work uninterruptedly 24×7, without incorporating forced ventilation (avoiding noise and reducing maintenance). It allows control through web interface, through smartphone, tablet and PC. It is distributed by ASPA Latin America.
